From Notion consulting to Chief Agentic Officer.
I started Notionalize in 2020 with a simple idea: businesses don't need more tools — they need someone who understands how work actually flows. Five years and 100+ companies later, that belief hasn't changed. The tools got smarter, the problems got bigger, but the approach stayed the same: embed, build, train, leave it better than I found it.
“The best system is the one your team actually uses. Everything I build is designed to last long after I leave.”
Founded Notionalize. Started helping businesses build operational systems in Notion — one workspace at a time. Quickly realized most companies didn't need more tools. They needed someone who understood how work actually flows.
Crossed 100+ clients. Began seeing the same broken patterns everywhere — agencies drowning in manual processes, founders duct-taping tools together, teams resistant to systems nobody trained them on. Started going deeper than just building — teaching, documenting, embedding.
Shifted from project-based consulting to long-term operational transformation. Stopped handing off systems and started staying — sitting in meetings, training teams, writing SOPs, and making sure everything stuck. 300+ system implementations and counting.
Launched Client Facing Portals — a SaaS platform born from seeing every agency struggle with the same client communication problem. Turned years of consulting patterns into software. AI went from a side interest to the center of everything I build.
Founded Zite Consulting. Coined the role I'd already been playing for years. Now I embed into companies as their fractional CAO — architecting AI-native operations, building agentic workflows, and creating the systems infrastructure that lets teams do 10x more with the same headcount.
